Evaluation
Based on your history and concerns, Dr. Robert La will perform a thorough chiropractic examination to better understand your condition and identify relevant findings.
- 03Make sense of what we find
Findings & Education
After your examination, Dr. La will review the findings with you, explain what they may mean, and help you understand how they relate to your symptoms and daily activities. Questions are always encouraged.
- 04A plan built around you
Treatment Plan & Care
Together, you’ll discuss an individualized treatment plan based on your findings, needs, and goals. If chiropractic care is appropriate and you’re comfortable moving forward, treatment may begin at your first visit.
Preparation
A little preparation goes a long way.
You do not need to have every detail figured out. A few basics can help the visit move smoothly.
Complete your new patient forms
New patient intake forms can be completed electronically before your visit or on paper at the office. These forms help us understand your health history, current concerns, and what brings you in.
Bring your photo ID and insurance card
Please bring a valid photo ID. If you plan to use insurance, bring your current insurance card so our office can verify your information and benefits.
Bring relevant records
If you have recent imaging, reports, or other records related to your concern, bring them with you or contact our office to ask what may be helpful.
Wear comfortable clothing
Comfortable clothing that allows for an appropriate examination is recommended.

Will I receive an adjustment at my first visit?
Your history and examination come first. If chiropractic care is appropriate and you are comfortable moving forward, treatment may begin during your first visit. In some cases, additional evaluation or a different next step may be recommended.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely is recommended for your chiropractic examination. If you’re coming directly from work or another commitment, feel free to call us with any questions.
How do I know what my visit will cost?
Costs can vary depending on your visit and insurance benefits. If you plan to use insurance, our office can verify your benefits before your appointment.
