These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fountain Valley Chiropractic website and our optional text messaging program. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful information, or use the website in a way that violates another person's rights or applicable law.

4. Appointment requests
A website inquiry or visit-planning form is not a confirmed appointment. Scheduling is completed directly with the clinic. Current availability, office hours, location details, fees, and payment information will be confirmed by the office.

5. SMS program terms
Program and message types. If you separately check the optional SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Fountain Valley Chiropractic at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include responses to your inquiry, scheduling communications, appointment confirmations and reminders, and related clinic or service updates.
Consent. SMS consent is optional, is not a condition of purchase or care, and is not granted merely by providing a telephone number or submitting a form. You must be the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll a mobile number. A parent or legal guardian must consent on behalf of a minor.
Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out; after that, no additional messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Other reasonable opt-out requests will also be honored.
